AC Cleaning in Dubai
Filters, coils, blower barrels and drain lines collect dust fast in Dubai. Our cleaning options run from a routine filter and vent clean through to a full strip-down with a chemical wash. You reserve the callout fee to book; the clean itself is quoted once we've seen the system.
What we do
Booking reserves the callout fee only. The price for the work itself is quoted in writing after the technician has seen the job, and nothing goes ahead until you approve it.
Terms explained
- Split AC
- One indoor wall unit paired with its own outdoor condenser. Common in apartments and older villas. Serviced per unit.
- Central AC (ducted)
- One indoor air handler feeding several rooms through ductwork and ceiling vents. Serviced per system, and the ducts matter as much as the unit.
- Chiller FCU
- A fan-coil unit fed with chilled water by the building, so there's no outdoor unit and no refrigerant gas. Serviced per unit.
Basic Clean vs Deep Sanitisation
Both visits include a full service check of the unit. The difference is how far we go inside it.
